Celsius Names Eric Hanson as President and COO to Support Scaling and Global Growth

Celsius Holdings has appointed Eric Hanson as President and Chief Operating Officer, marking a key leadership addition as the functional beverage company enters its next phase of global expansion and operational scaling.

Hanson most recently served as EVP and President of North America for Glanbia Performance Nutrition. He brings more than 25 years of experience in CPG leadership, spanning sales, strategy, and global commercialization across brands such as Optimum Nutrition and BSN.

In his new role, Hanson will oversee day-to-day business operations, commercial execution, and cross-functional alignment — helping Celsius meet growing consumer demand and expand its footprint in both domestic and international markets. The hire comes as Celsius continues to gain market share in the competitive energy and performance drink category.
