Colgate-Palmolive CMO Diana Haussling to Lead Hello Products as General Manager

Colgate-Palmolive has appointed Diana Haussling, its Chief Marketing Officer of North America, as General Manager of Hello Products — the company’s fast-growing natural oral care brand.

Haussling brings deep experience in digital commerce, omnichannel retail, and brand building, having played a key role in Colgate’s reinvention of its go-to-market strategy. In her new role, she will lead end-to-end strategy for Hello, which was acquired in 2020 and has become a cornerstone of Colgate’s push into cleaner, Gen Z–friendly personal care.
The move reflects Colgate’s intent to treat Hello as a high-growth, standalone platform — with a leader who understands both brand equity and digital acceleration. Haussling will continue to report to Dana Medema, President of North America Oral Care.
