The Hershey Company has named Michael Del Pozzo as President of its U.S. Confection business, positioning the former Clorox executive to drive growth, innovation, and commercial strategy across iconic brands like Reese’s, Hershey’s, and Twizzlers.

Del Pozzo most recently served as Chief Customer Officer at The Clorox Company, where he led retail strategy, revenue growth management, and omnichannel execution. His background also includes over a decade at Procter & Gamble in brand and sales leadership roles.
At Hershey, he will report to President and COO Vero Villareal and oversee the company’s largest business segment. The appointment reflects Hershey’s focus on accelerating category leadership, investing in brand equity, and scaling data-driven commercial execution across retail channels.
