Kimberly-Clark has appointed Craig Slavtcheff as Chief R&D Officer, tasking the veteran innovation leader with overseeing product development, material science, and packaging innovation across its global portfolio of personal care and hygiene brands.

Slavtcheff previously served as Chief R&D Officer at Campbell Soup Company, where he led product and packaging innovation across multiple categories. He brings more than three decades of experience in technical leadership, including prior roles at PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble.
At Kimberly-Clark, Slavtcheff will report directly to CEO Mike Hsu and will guide efforts to accelerate innovation pipelines, embed sustainability into design, and enhance performance across brands like Huggies, Kotex, and Scott.
