Kimberly-Clark has appointed Patricia Corsi as Chief Growth Officer, bringing on a seasoned CPG executive with global experience to lead the company’s marketing, innovation, and commercial growth strategy.

Corsi most recently served as Chief Marketing, Digital, and Information Officer at Bayer Consumer Health, where she led end-to-end digital transformation and brand modernization. Prior to that, she held senior marketing roles at Unilever and Heineken across Europe and Latin America.
At Kimberly-Clark, Corsi will report directly to CEO Mike Hsu and oversee global marketing, consumer insights, innovation, and category strategy. Her hire reflects the company’s renewed focus on modernizing its brand portfolio and unlocking new demand spaces across personal care, baby, and tissue categories.
