Kraft Heinz has appointed Marlene Creighton as Chief Sales Officer for U.S. Retail, bringing on a veteran commercial leader to oversee retail execution, customer partnerships, and revenue growth across the company’s U.S. grocery business.



Creighton joins from Molson Coors, where she most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer and previously led the U.S. sales organization. Her experience spans sales strategy, retail marketing, and customer development — including prior roles at Procter & Gamble.


At Kraft Heinz, she will report to Carlos Abrams-Rivera, EVP and President of North America, and lead the sales organization for brands such as Heinz, Kraft Mac & Cheese, Lunchables, and Velveeta.
