ADG specializes in flooring, cabinetry, and other turnkey design solutions for new residential construction. The acquisition will enable Lowe’s to broaden its offerings to homebuilders and remodelers while deepening its reach into high-growth housing markets.

The move aligns with Lowe’s ongoing push to expand its pro customer base, which represents over $100 billion in annual market opportunity. By integrating ADG’s installation services and builder relationships, Lowe’s aims to deliver more comprehensive, project-based solutions that drive long-term loyalty and higher spend among contractors.

corpbrief insight:

For Lowe’s, this is more than an acquisition — it’s an investment in the jobsite. ADG brings the scale, service, and specialization needed to turn pro partnerships into profit engines.
