Rachel Ferdinando Named CEO of PepsiCo Foods North America

PepsiCo has appointed Rachel Ferdinando as CEO of PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA), elevating a long-time company leader to oversee one of its most critical and high-performing business units.



Ferdinando previously served as Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Category Strategy for PFNA, where she played a key role in driving innovation, brand building, and omnichannel growth across flagship snack brands including Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos. She brings more than two decades of experience spanning brand management, R&D, and sales strategy.


In her new role, Ferdinando will lead all aspects of PFNA’s business operations, reporting directly to PepsiCo Vice Chairman and Global Chief Commercial Officer Ram Krishnan. Her appointment follows the departure of Steven Williams and comes at a time when PFNA is focused on expanding its portfolio, accelerating digital transformation, and strengthening its retail partnerships.
